What is included in a Custom Paint By Numbers kit?
Each kit comes with a high-quality numbered canvas, a set of custom-mixed acrylic paints based on your photo, three professional-grade brushes, and a reference guide to help you create your masterpiece.
How do I choose the best photo for my custom kit?
For the best results, use a high-resolution image with good lighting and a simple background. Avoid blurry photos or those with heavy shadows, as clear details translate better into a paintable template.
How long does shipping take for custom orders?
Since each kit is custom-designed and color-matched to your specific photo, production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping generally takes an additional 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Do the paints dry out easily?
Our acrylic paints are vacuum-sealed to ensure freshness. To keep them in top condition during your project, always close the lids tightly after use and add a drop of water if you notice the paint becoming too thick.
Can I return a custom kit if I change my mind?
Because custom kits are uniquely manufactured using your personal photos, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if your kit arrives damaged or with missing components, we will send a replacement immediately.
Is the canvas framed or unframed?
We offer both options. You can choose a 'Rolled Canvas' if you prefer to frame it yourself later, or a 'DIY Frame' / 'Pre-Stretched' option if you want to display your art as soon as it is finished.
