At Custom Paint By Numbers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your creative journey; if your custom kit arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your masterpiece is perfect. Please note that personalized items created from your own photos are eligible for replacement if defective but cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item you received.

  Review and Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request to confirm the defect or error and provide a return authorization number if applicable.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your unused kit in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided by our support representative.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a brand new custom kit at no extra cost.
